For all dogs under 6 months. The perfect intro to the grooming environment and will get them used to all future grooming experiences. Includes all the basic groom and when your puppy is ready will get a facial, foot and sanitary trim
Terms and Conditions
Late Arrival Policy
If you are late for your appointment I am sure you will appreciate that I may not be able to manage the schedule in a way that means I can complete a groom as planned. I will always try to but in the event that I am unable to you may need to book a short follow-up appointment to complete the groom and there will be an additional charge for this.
Collection Policy
If you are running late to collect your dog please let me know. I will of course take good care of your dog while we wait for you but in the event you are more than half an hour late there will be a charge applied.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and that appointments can get forgotten, which is why I will send you a text reminder of your appointment 48 hours before you are due. Appointments can be rearranged or cancelled upto 24 hours before your scheduled time without charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours notice then a cancellation fee of £15 will apply. If you simply do not turn up then I will have to charge you for the full groom. This will need to be paid before another appointment can be rescheduled. So please let me know in plenty of time if you can't make it!
De-matting Policy
It can be expected that even a well-cared coat to have a few knots but if there is more substantial matting then there will be an extra charge. I will attempt to de-matt a coat only where I feel the dog will not suffer any pain. All of my grooming services adhere to and go beyond The Animal Welfare Act 2006 which states that it is an offence to cause animals pain or discomfort and I refuse the right to refuse to do anything that maybe detrimental to your dog's wellbeing. If a dog is in a severely matted condition then it is my policy to shave the whole coat with a close blade. You will be informed and it is upto you whether I proceed. I will never attempt to de-matt an elderly or aggressive dog. Thank you for your understanding.
Vaccinations
By using my services owners confirm that their dog is upto date with their annual vaccinations.
Behavioural Charge
Owners have the obligation to inform us of any known aggressive/nervous behaviour traits or dislikes to the equipment used. The owner must inform us if they have been advised by previous groomers of any of the aforementioned behaviours.
Pricing
Any prices provided are an estimate only. Additional charges may be incurred due to:
· oversized dogs for the breed
· unkept/neglected coats
· aggressive/nervous dogs that require additional handling
· fleas/ticks
General
I am unable to groom pregnant bitches. Bitches in season can be groomed but please advise beforehand so they can be groomed at the end of the day. I am unable to groom any dog or type noted under the Dangerous Dogs Act 2014.
